Med Improv, LLC was founded by Dot Tropiano, RN, to provide practical solutions to common, everyday challenges faced by medical professionals and families.  Dot had 30 years of nursing experience in various pediatric settings.  During the last eight years her focus has been with technologically dependent children in a home care setting.   Sadly, Dot passed away on April 18, 2008.
